Our shipment and returns policy:


I endeavour to ship the items within five working days of receipt of payment. Note that this can take longer if you pay by cheque as I have to wait for it to clear.

I will e-mail you to confirm when your order has been dispatched. If you order custom-made jewellery it will take longer to dispatch items – especially if you order silver items which need to be sent off for hallmarking to the Assay office.

Items are placed in gift boxes, pouches or bags and shipped in padded envelops or cardboard boxes. Occasionally I recycle envelopes and boxes.

Gift wrap is also available – free of charge. Please let me know when you order from me if you want your items gift wrapped.


If for whatever reasons you would like to return an item to me you can post the item back to us within 14 days of receipt. Please return it to me in the original condition with all tags intact to receive a refund. Postage will be refunded and I would recommend you to obtain a proof of postage or use recorded delivery, as I cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in the post. Postage for returning an item will only be refunded if there’s a clear fault in the item or you have received the wrong item.

Unfortunately due to health and safety reasons we cannot accept earrings. Custom-made items are also excluded from a refund unless they are faulty. Please see also our Terms and Conditions for extra information.
