Delivery charges
Please note that the shipping costs are automatically added when you go through PayPal and Stripe. Postage costs added to vouchers will get refunded.
Please note if you pay by Stripe and request a refund that it can take 5- 10 days for your money to get refunded. This is due to Stripe and out of my control.
My charges are for UK Customers:
Items up to £20 – £4.40 – 2nd class recorded delivery (signed for)
Items from £20 up to £50- £5.55 – 2nd class recorded delivery (signed for).
Items from £50 – £10.45 – Special delivery and up to 500 g weight, £11.45 up to 1 kg.
Please note: The shipping costs are calculated for orders within the UK. If you order from outside the UK, please email me instead of using the shopping cart, I will calculate postage and email you the correct postage costs. Customers ordering from outside the UK are responsible for paying customs fees in their homeland. Please see also Terms and Conditions for more information.
Please note – due to the new VAT regulations I am not able to sell to EU countries.
I can offer express delivery/courier delivery at an extra cost. Please email me if you want this option before ordering.
Payment
Currently I do not have credit card payment facilities. However, you can either pay with PayPal or Stripe, which accepts credit cards. When you pay with PayPal or Stripe the shopping cart will take you to their secure website. Please see also the Terms & Conditions for more information.
