Boulder Opals are mainly found in Australia and are beautiful minerals which come with a hefty price tag. So the next best thing is to use polymer clay to imitate Boulder Opals – like in this faux Boulder Opal heart pendant. It’s handcrafted with different colours of clay – red, copper, gold, brown, black and translucent. It also has added glitter and Mica powders in green and blue. The pendant hangs on an 18 inch long silver plated trace chain which closes with a flat 11 mm lobster clasp.
