Boulder Opals are mainly found in Australia and are beautiful minerals which come with a hefty price tag. So the next best thing is to use polymer clay to imitate Boulder Opals. I made this faux Boulder Opal cat pendant for cat lovers. It’s handcrafted with different colours of clay – red, copper, gold, brown, black and translucent. It also has added glitter and Mica powders in green and blue. The pendant hangs on an 18 inch long silver plated trace chain.
What the faux Boulder Opal cat pendant is made with:
- Polymer clay in red, gold, brown, black, copper and translucent
- mica powders and fine glitter in green and blue
- silver plated trace chain,14 mm lobster clasp and bail
- The cat measures about 6,5 cm
Length: The chain measures 18inches (45cm)
